WHITEPAPER VER. 06

ULANCO Whitepaper

Web3. Real Estate. ULANCO Pay.

1. Project Overview

ULANCO is a blockchain ecosystem project that connects Web3, real estate and everyday payments through UAC. Since 2021, the project has pursued the use of blockchain and digital wallets in services that people can access beyond cryptocurrency trading. The long-term objective is to create practical uses for UAC through merchant payments, property-related services and connections between digital assets and real-world transactions. ULANCO Wallet provides an existing access point through the web and an Android application. The wider ecosystem follows a global market approach, with service expansion tied to commercial partnerships and the requirements of each market. This whitepaper explains the role of the three service areas, how UAC may connect them, the token framework and the planned roadmap through 2030. Future partnerships, additional exchange listings and service milestones are plans, rather than completed achievements or guaranteed launch dates.

Purpose and Scope

ULANCO focuses on the practical relationship between a user, a wallet and a service. A payment should connect to a genuine purchase. A property transaction should connect to an identifiable asset and a clear agreement. Web3 infrastructure should support these interactions through consistent digital asset access and transaction records.

The Three Service Areas

Web3 provides the connection between UAC, digital wallets, blockchain transactions and ecosystem services. ULANCO Real Estate aims to enable the use of UAC in selected property and land transactions through a global platform and local business partners. ULANCO Pay aims to make UAC usable at online and offline merchants, including department stores, bookstores, shopping malls and convenience stores.

2. Web3

Web3 is the digital foundation of the ULANCO ecosystem. UAC is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, and ULANCO Wallet gives users a point of access to the project. The service direction connects this foundation to payment and property applications instead of treating token trading as the endpoint. The value of this connection depends on the services around the token. A wallet needs understandable account access, clear transaction information and reliable support. A merchant needs an agreed settlement process. A property service needs verified information and a transaction structure appropriate to the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Wallet Access

ULANCO Wallet is accessible at ulanco.net and is listed on Google Play under the package identifier com.project.ulanco. These are the official wallet access points referenced in this whitepaper. Supported functions, supported assets and service conditions are governed by the wallet service and its published terms. [1] [2]

Connections Across Services

The Web3 direction includes wallet connections, partner service interfaces and transaction records that can be related to blockchain activity where relevant. Each connection should explain what action occurs within the application, what action occurs on the blockchain and which party is responsible for completing the service.

Participation

Users may interact with the ecosystem through wallet access, UAC transactions and participating services as these become available. Access rules, any reward programs and the conditions for using UAC in a particular service will be described in the terms of that service.

3. ULANCO Real Estate

ULANCO Real Estate aims to build a global platform that connects property and land transactions with digital assets. Its objective is to support the use of UAC in selected purchase and sale arrangements, subject to the agreements, payment procedures and legal requirements that apply to each transaction. The platform direction includes property information, connections between buyers and sellers, partner participation and transaction support. Property information should identify the asset, the relevant parties and the conditions of the proposed transaction before a user makes a commitment.

Property Transactions and UAC

UAC may serve as a payment or settlement option in transactions where the parties and relevant service providers agree to use it. A transaction would need to specify the asset, consideration, exchange rate basis where required, settlement procedure and completion conditions. The intended use of UAC does not remove the need for a valid property agreement or registration process.

Connection to Asset Tokenization

The broader vision is consistent with the use of blockchain to connect real assets and digital records. Any arrangement involving tokenized property rights would require its own asset structure, documentation and applicable approvals. Holding UAC alone does not establish ownership of a specific property, a share in property income or a right to land.

Global Market Approach

ULANCO intends to pursue markets where a workable business structure can be established with local partners. The choice of market will depend on property transaction requirements, digital asset rules, partner capabilities and commercial viability. This approach allows the project to assess each jurisdiction on its own terms rather than assume one structure can be used everywhere.

Partner Roles

Property owners, platform operators, transaction service providers and other local specialists may participate according to their responsibilities. The service terms should identify who supplies property information, who verifies the relevant rights and who handles settlement and transaction completion. Specific partners and arrangements will be announced after confirmation.

4. ULANCO Pay

ULANCO Pay aims to connect UAC with purchases of goods and services. The objective is to support payments at participating online and offline merchants, including department stores, bookstores, shopping malls and convenience stores. The payment model connects a user with a merchant through a wallet and an agreed settlement process. Its practical purpose is to give UAC a use in everyday transactions, with understandable payment amounts, confirmation records and merchant settlement conditions.

The Payment Experience

A user would select a supported payment option, review the purchase amount and any applicable charges, and authorize the payment. The merchant would receive a confirmation under the agreed service procedure. A payment record should make the relevant order, amount and completion status understandable to both parties.

Merchant Settlement

Each merchant arrangement would define the asset or currency used for settlement, the exchange rate method where conversion is needed, settlement timing, fees, refunds and the handling of unsuccessful payments. The structure may differ by market and partner. The applicable charges and settlement conditions will be set out in the relevant service terms.

Online and Offline Use

Online use may connect a merchant checkout with a wallet payment flow. Offline use may connect a point-of-sale process with a payment instruction and confirmation. The specific method will depend on the merchant environment and partner arrangement; a particular payment interface is not a prerequisite for every market.

Global Merchant Expansion

ULANCO intends to prioritize global merchant and payment partnerships where the proposed service can be operated under a suitable local framework. Expansion will depend on partner agreements, service conditions and the requirements of the relevant market. Confirmed payment locations and accepted payment methods will be communicated through official channels.

5. The UAC Token

UAC is the token associated with the ULANCO ecosystem. Its intended role is to connect digital asset access with practical services in Web3, property-related transactions and merchant payments. Utility in a particular service depends on that service accepting UAC under its stated terms.

The token identity, address, decimal precision and supply figure above correspond to the project framework and the public token record. Supply and circulating supply are different measures. The figure does not establish an immutable issuance cap; current contract state and permissions should be checked on Ethereum. [3]

Intended Uses

Payment use: UAC may be used for purchases at merchants that accept it under a participating payment arrangement. Property-related use: UAC may be used in selected property or land transactions where the transaction parties and service providers agree on a suitable structure. Service participation: UAC may be connected to eligible ecosystem services or incentive programs whose rules are separately published.

Supply and Circulation

Circulating supply depends on the amounts available to market participants, including any applicable restrictions. Allocation or release disclosures should identify the relevant amounts, wallet addresses, conditions and dates so that they can be assessed against the public blockchain record. A supply figure should be interpreted together with the distribution of holdings and any relevant contract permissions.

6. Ecosystem Transactions

The ecosystem connects a user with a service provider through a wallet and a defined transaction process. The intended sequence is access, selection of a service, review of the terms, authorization, settlement and a record of the result. The exact steps depend on the service and the responsibilities of the participating parties.

Payment Flow

A purchase begins with an order and a payment amount. The user reviews the accepted asset, any conversion method and applicable charges before authorizing payment. The payment arrangement then determines how confirmation is communicated and how the merchant is settled. Refunds and disputed purchases follow the merchant and service terms.

Property Flow

A property transaction begins with asset information and an agreement between the relevant parties. If UAC is accepted, the payment and settlement conditions should be specified within the transaction documentation. A blockchain transfer records movement of a token; completion of the property transaction depends on the required agreements, verification and registration steps.

Records

A useful record links the user action to an order or agreement, an amount, a status and the relevant confirmation. Where an Ethereum transaction is involved, the transaction identifier can support verification of the token movement. Application records and blockchain records serve different purposes and should be interpreted together.

7. Technology and Service Integration

Ethereum and the ERC-20 interface provide the token layer for UAC. ERC-20 defines common methods for balances, transfers and allowances, allowing compatible applications to interact with a token. It does not, by itself, implement merchant settlement or property transactions. [4]

Application and Partner Connections

Service integration can connect a wallet interface with a merchant, a property service or another participating application. Each integration should define the supported user action, required permissions, expected confirmation and failure handling. Service providers should disclose whether an action is recorded within their system or submitted to the blockchain.

Authorization and Network Costs

A transaction should give the user a clear view of the recipient, amount and permissions being granted. Ethereum activity may involve network fees and confirmation delays. Where a token allowance is used, the scope of that permission matters independently of the amount of the immediate purchase.

Settlement Responsibilities

A partner connection should identify who receives funds, who performs any conversion, who confirms the order and who supports the user if settlement is delayed. Account management, custody arrangements and transaction responsibilities are governed by the terms of the relevant wallet or partner service.

8. Business Model

ULANCO intends to build commercial activity around services that connect digital assets with payments and property-related transactions. Potential business arrangements include merchant payment services, settlement support, platform services and partner integrations. Their fees and commercial terms will depend on the actual services and agreements established in each market.

Payment Services

A payment business may earn service fees from merchants or users under a published agreement. A viable arrangement needs to account for settlement costs, conversion where required, operational support and refund handling. Payment volume should be distinguished from service revenue and from trading activity on an exchange.

Property Platform Services

A property platform may earn fees for eligible platform or transaction support services where permitted and agreed. The fee basis should be disclosed to the parties before they commit to a transaction. Property values, asset records and payment arrangements need their own verification procedures.

Partner Services

Partner integrations may support access to the wallet, merchant services or property-related transactions. A partnership announcement should explain the actual scope of cooperation and the responsibilities involved. Cooperation does not automatically create a token holder entitlement to fees, distributions or ownership in a participating business.

9. Planned Roadmap Through 2030

All milestones in this roadmap are planned. The periods are targets and may be revised as market conditions, regulatory requirements, commercial viability and partnership progress change. Additional exchange listings and partnerships depend on the decisions and agreements of the relevant external parties.

H1 means January to June. H2 means July to December. A target period is not a guarantee of completion. Confirmed schedules, participating partners and service availability will be announced through official channels.

10. Security and Transparency

The ecosystem needs clear transaction information, defined service responsibilities and verifiable disclosures. A user should be able to distinguish a token transfer from completion of a purchase or property agreement, and a planned milestone from an available service.

Contract Permissions

The public UAC contract interface includes mint, burn, pause, account freeze, lock and ownership functions. Their presence does not establish which permissions are currently exercisable. Current authority, parameters and restrictions require review of the contract code and on-chain state; a published supply figure alone does not describe those controls. [3]

Service Security

Security considerations include account access, transaction authorization, permission management and the handling of personal information. Partner connections also need clear procedures for unsuccessful payments, interrupted settlement and account issues. Any security audit or certification should be described by its actual scope and published evidence.

Disclosure Practices

Material announcements should distinguish signed agreements from discussions, pilots from wider service availability and targeted periods from confirmed dates. Supply-related disclosures should include enough information to be reconciled with the blockchain. Service terms should identify relevant fees, settlement rules, account responsibilities and support channels.

11. Risk and Service Conditions

Digital assets involve price, liquidity, technology and operational risks. The acceptance of UAC in a service does not establish a stable market price or guarantee that a user will be able to buy, sell or use it at a desired time. Exchange listing plans are subject to external approval and continuing exchange requirements. Payments and property transactions require their own commercial and legal structures. Local rules, taxation, licensing requirements and restrictions on digital asset use can affect where and how a service may operate. A global market approach does not remove the need to meet the requirements of each relevant jurisdiction. Blockchain activity may be delayed, fail or become difficult to reverse. A transaction can be technically completed while a separate order or agreement remains unresolved. Users should review the recipient, network, amount, applicable fees and the terms of the relevant service before authorizing a transaction. UAC ownership does not, by itself, confer shares in ULANCO, a right to dividends, ownership of a property or a guaranteed return. Any separate asset right or service entitlement must arise from the relevant documentation and terms. Future payment locations, partner arrangements and ecosystem uses described here depend on their stated conditions. This whitepaper describes the project and its planned direction. It is not a guarantee of performance or a recommendation to acquire UAC. The applicable terms of an individual service or transaction govern that activity. Material changes to the roadmap or service conditions will be communicated through official channels.
